Spawn it in a FiveM script

FiveM's Lua turns a name in backticks into its hash when the script loads, so `polfaction2` and 1891140410 are the same value. On ESX and QBCore servers, staff can usually spawn it with /car polfaction2.

lua
-- client.lua: spawn the Outreach Faction next to the player
local model = `polfaction2`
RequestModel(model)
while not HasModelLoaded(model) do Wait(0) end

local ped = PlayerPedId()
local coords = GetEntityCoords(ped)
local vehicle = CreateVehicle(model, coords.x + 3.0, coords.y, coords.z, GetEntityHeading(ped), true, false)
SetModelAsNoLongerNeeded(model)
